Advisers - Explore clients’ problems and find information on possible solutions. Help clients to understand the information and support them to take action. Full role outline can be found here.

Admin/Receptionist - Help with the day to day running of Citizens Advice Broxbourne. Ensure clients’ records are kept accurate and up-to-date, correspondence is sent out promptly and to a high standard and a friendly and welcoming first point of contact is provided at all times. Fundraiser - Identify possible sources of funding in the community, come up with fundraising ideas and initiatives and organise fundraising events. Full role outline can be found here.

Trustee - Provide strategic direction and oversight to the charity, holding senior staff accountable, providing leadership, developing policy and financial oversight.
